Duane  Donaldson, CPA, MBA, President / Owner

Prior to acquiring Hanco, Duane worked for Ernst & Young, LLP based in Toledo, Ohio where he specialized in family-owned audit, accounting and tax engagements.  Duane’s primary responsibilities in his previous positions have prepared him extremely well to be of great service to you regarding both clinical as well as business function needs.  Duane has extensive experience with health care organization management, contract negotiations, training, financial statement preparation, business consultation and tax planning as well as debt attainment and restructuring programs for private and public organizations.  Duane is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the Ohio Society of Certified Public Accountants and American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Duane graduated from Bowling Green State University with an undergraduate degree in accounting in 1987 and later completed his MBA from BGSU.  Duane has also worked for Findley Davies, a large regional employee benefits consulting firm based in Toledo, Ohio leading their finance and administrative functions.  Duane was also the controller for a large manufacturing firm based in Findlay, Ohio.  Most recently Duane was the Chief Financial Officer of Blanchard Valley Health System in Findlay, Ohio.
