Brett Hite, EMT-Paramedic, Operations Manager
Brett has worked for Hanco for over 13 years and has been a Paramedic for over 20 years. His responsibilities currently include being one of our operations managers specializing in rural EMS and fire relations and related issues, dispatch management, staff evaluations, building and fleet programming as well as being a fully functioning EMT-Paramedic. Brett also holds a professional firefighter certification as well as holding a fire and life-safety inspectors certification. Brett has prior experience as a rural fire district chief in Lucas county, gaining him much experience in various management areas.
Brett, his spouse and two children are very active in the local community. Brett is a dedicated, thorough and respected professional noted for his extremely service-oriented nature and professionalism
John Leonard, EMT-Paramedic, Operations Manager
John has worked for Hanco for over 3 years and has been a Paramedic for over 18 years. His responsibilities currently include being one of our operations managers specializing in urban EMS and city relations and related issues, training and education management, staff retention, systems programming as well as a being a fully functioning EMT-Paramedic. John has prior experience as a crew leader as a Paramedic as well as serving as the EMS Coordinator for Blanchard Valley Health Association, Findlay, Ohio.
John, his spouse and three children are very active in the local community and lives in Findlay, Ohio. John is a dedicated, thorough and respected professional noted for his extremely service-oriented nature and professionalism.
John attended St. Clair College for medic training and is currently attending Owens Community College studying nursing. John also holds two professional firefighter certifications.
Al is a Shift Supervisor/Lt. with Hanco for approximately 14 years. Al has been an EMT since 1983 and is currently a paramedic. Al has been with the company for approximately 15 years.
Chris Vaughan started with Hanco in October of 2001 as an EMT. Since then he earned his paramedic certification at James Rhodes College where he was the Paramedic Student of the Year. Chris has an Associates of Arts Degree from the University of Findlay. Chris has been a supervisor for Hanco for approximately 2 years.
